New storage facility currently seeking a Store Manager for their Springfield location! Candidate must have 3 years of previous self-storage experience and will be required to manage and maintain facility as well as providing customer service, administration and property maintenance. Full time, permanent opportunity!
Duties include
- Maintain and manage entire storage facility
- Develop customer relationships and providing storage solutions
- Interact with customers face to face and provide excellent customer service to assist in renting storage spaces, selling store merchandise, and manage leasing process.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Handle daily bank deposits, accepting payments and making courtesy calls regarding late payments
- Walk property to perform lock checks and showings, cleaning of units, and opening and closing of storage doors-lifting up to 50lbs
- Manage and process invoices and reports. Oversee store’s expense budget
- Maintain a clean and safe storage facility including bathrooms, landscaping, and parking
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the self-storage industry
- Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays
Pay: $21-25/hr depending on experience; plus bonus opportunities!
