Facilities Maintenance Assistant Manager & Technicians

Auto auction company currently seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians and Assistant Facilities Manager.  Full time, Direct Hire opportunities and Full benefits offered!  Duties for positions are as follows:
Maintenance Technicians
-Perform all building and grounds maintenance using both manual and electrical equipment to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.  Not limited to walls, floors, windows, auction bays, restrooms, removal of litter, repair fences on property, lawn mowing/tree trimming etc.
-Move office furniture to different locations and storage areas
-Power wash auction lanes weekly
-Make sure all emergency equipment is in proper working order.
-Light electrical, changing light bulbs.
-Operate and drive company vehicles and heavy equipment daily.
-Support Maintenance Manager in carrying out daily responsibilities and projects.
-Follow all safety & OSHA regulations
-Pay is between $13-15/hr or based on experience.
Assistant Facilities Manager
-3 years in management or assistant management role.
-Assisting with the management of all maintenance activities for facility.
-Planning, scheduling, monitoring and performing building and ground maintenance.
-Will report to Facilities Manager for daily, weekly, monthly work assignments and fill in as backup when needed.
-Ensure preventative and emergency repairs are carried out.
-Monitoring staff and assisting with training, staff scheduling and addressing staff.
-Staying updated in OSHA, CPR, AED, and NAAA safety certifications.
-Monitor and stock inventory supplies.
-Provide department coverage.
-Salary based on experience.
Both positions require a HS Diploma, valid drivers license, and 2-3 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, landscaping and cleaning.  Knowledge of basic mechanical repair and training knowledge of OSHA compliance procedures and hazardous chemical records management. Vocational schooling, construction background, and First Aid certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of x-rays, dental insurance is preferred. Local dental company seeks Office Administrator for their facility. Seeking candidates who are highly organized, efficient, confidential, reliable, self-motivated, high attention to detail, and can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities include upfront customer service and communication with patients, providers and dental professionals, managing appointments/calendars, organizing paperwork and patient records, and excellent phone and computer experience.
